I Help Moms of Neurodivergent Kids Find Energy & Calm
Calm the Chaos: Nervous System Resets for Moms of ND Kids
Parenting is a marathon, not a sprint. Especially when your children face their own unique challenges. As a mom to neurodivergent kids with anxiety, I've been through the wringer and back.
Neurodivergence
"Neurodivergence”, in its most simplistic form, means a brain that functions differently. It is very common to have a child that falls into this category and while helping them understand themselves and learn can present issues, these children tend to be highly intelligent and often very creative.

I didn’t need someone to fix me. I needed someone who could help me feel safe again—in my own body, in my own home.
During my darkest season, when parenting felt like a constant state of emergency, I found a mentor who understood nervous system dysregulation—not just in theory, but in her bones. She didn’t give me quick fixes. She offered something much deeper: calm, co-regulation, and presence.
Her steady nervous system helped soothe mine. Our conversations gave me something I couldn’t find anywhere else: a felt sense of safety. She gave me simple tools to bring myself back when I was spiraling. She told me stories that reminded me I wasn’t the only one living in survival mode.
Slowly, my body began to shift. I could breathe again. I could pause instead of snap. I had more energy. There was less chaos inside me—and that began to ripple out to my kids, our home, our life.
That experience changed how I parented. More than that—it changed me.
Now, I help other moms of neurodivergent kids regulate their nervous systems. Not through hours of meditation or impossible routines, but with grounded, doable practices that retrain the body to feel safe, calm, and connected again.
Because when you regulate you, everything changes. And when we are regulated our kids co-regulate with us. This is the best thing we can give our kids.
You are not alone. And you don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.
