Trina has been a life saver for me. The problem with depression is it robs you of energy and you can't think. I was in that place when Trina came into my life. She coached me through my darkest depression and held space, listening to all of my feelings and issues with zero judgement. The questions she asked me really helped me to dig within and figure out what the heck I really did want in life. For some reason, this had not occurred to me and it was so amazing to start to sift through this with someone. I began to see the power I had and I began to genuinely love myself, which in itself, is a huge miracle. I think the magic is in the combo of her holding space in such a loving, non-judgmental way, asking genuine questions in such an empowering way and having some accountability. I knew we would be meeting and it forced me to prioritize myself and look at what I wanted. I am forever grateful and changed by our time together!
In 3 months I learned more about myself from a productivity and goal orientation than I have my whole life. I feel confident enough not only to set my goals but to reach them as well. The tools I received from Trina are priceless!
During the summer of 2021 I decided to go on a health journey and found Trina. Since I never had a health coach before I didn't know what to expect. From our first coaching session to our last time together I felt very comfortable and safe sharing my thoughts and feelings about my health and health goals. Trina's reflective responses and intense listening skills were impressive. Trina coached me for three months, during that time I was able to realize and release unhealthy thoughts, beliefs and patterns regarding my physical and emotional well being. With my coach by my side, I created new patterns. Each week I could not wait for my coaching sessions with Trina.
I rediscovered activities I loved to do! I also sustained an injury that in the past would have derailed my progress but because of the support from my coach I was able to keep moving forward. I achieved both large and small goals during my three months with Trina that I never could have done on my own. She is so good as a coach and was a pleasure to work with!
